The Ratoon Premium Camo Sets

What makes the Ratoon Premium Camo Sets suitable for outdoor adventures?

The set is designed around practical outdoor use: ripstop outer pieces, a warm-lined jacket for early starts, and zip-off pants so kids can switch from long pants to shorts when the day warms up. It’s built for movement, comfort, and repeat wear.

What’s included in the set?

Each set includes:

1× ripstop jacket (warm inner lining)
1× zip-off cargo pants (long + shorts)
1× polyester/spandex T-shirt
1× cap
1× bush hat
1× balaclava
1× FREE drawstring carry bag

Are the Green and Brown sets different, or just different colours?

They follow the same “complete set” concept, the main difference is the camo colour/style. Choose what you prefer (or what suits your environment).

What’s the balaclava for?

It’s made for cold early mornings and wind, especially in open air. Later in the day, it can also be used as cover from sun and dust.

How do the zip-off pants work?

The pants convert from long pants to shorts with a zip-off section that is ideal for changing weather and active kids.

What sizes do you offer?

We stock sizes for ages 7–14:

7–8
9–10
11–12
13–14

How do I choose the right size?

Use the Size Guide on the product page. If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, layering, and growing room.

Can you help me choose a size?

Yes WhatsApp us your child’s age + height (and waist measurement if you have it), and we’ll guide you quickly.

Orders & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide in South Africa.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes free shipping on orders over R600. Shipping rates for orders below that are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags/packaging.

Important: Sets must be returned in full (no partial set returns).

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Care

How do I care for the set?

We recommend cold wash and air drying to keep the fabric and fit in good condition. Always follow the care label instructions on the garment.
